Woods fire March 11, 2021

Woods fires and trash fires have been frequent lately in Lacombe. Please watch your back yard fires. Do not leave fires unattended and please follow the STP burn ordinance rules for burning.

Remain cautious especially when it is dry and windy as it has been. The preventable fires that we are responding to are in addition to our true emergencies, which are straining our resources.

Once again, please burn according to parish rules and do not leave a fire unattended. Unattended fires often burn out of control and may damage your property and/or someone else’s property for which you may be liable.
