Sealed bids must be mailed to PO Box 849 Lacombe, LA 70445 or hand delivered to 27690 Main St. by 4:30 p.m. on April 8, 2020. Bids will be opened at the Regular Board of Commissioners meeting on April 8, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
