Chahta Ima field trip

On Friday, October 18th, Chahta Ima Elementary School in Lacombe hiked the trace to Station 31 for their annual Fire Prevention/Fire Education field trip. The students and teachers attended a puppet show with "Fire Marshal Bill" and "Sparky" to learn tips on how to prevent fires, how to exit a home filled with smoke, as well as the Stop, Drop & Roll drill. The field trip also allowed the teachers and students to learn about the fire equipment, talk with a Firefighter inside of firefighting gear, and spray water from the fire hose. The field trip was a success!
